The purpose of this portion of this terms of service agreement is to establish a contractual relationship between U4Q.com and you, the entertainer/model/escort. Please read carefully through the following and make sure you agree with each statement. When you submit the entertainer submission form, you are in signing a contract agreeing to the following: I am hereby requesting that U4Q.com create and host a website and directory listing(s) within their network, on my behalf. I agree to fulfill all the requirements made of me by U4Q.com, which are necessary for the completion and mantainance of my website and listing(s). I acknowledge that U4Q.com is providing my initial website and listing(s) to me free of monetary charge. I acknowledge that U4Q.com, may in the future, charge for a continued listing and continued hosting and promotion of my website. If U4Q.com elects to charge for continued listing / promotional service and hosting of my website and any inbound / outbound links to that website, U4Q.com will notify me, once each, by email and telephone using the email address and telephone number originally provided by or updated by me. I agree to provide AND to update U4Q.com if there are changes to my current email and telephone numbers for the purpose of this contractual agreement. U4Q.com will keep this information confidential and secure and it will not be shared in any manner with anyone outside of U4Q.com. I agree to double check my public information which I wish U4Q.com to publish within my website / listing(s). I certify that the information I'm providing is my own, it is correct, and that I am not impersonating another individual, company or entity for any purpose. I acknowledge that, if U4Q.com elects to make this website creation, hosting and other services a paid option to entertainers, I have no obligation to pay U4Q.com for continued listing service nor the website/hosting / promotion that was created for me. I also agree that, if I elect not to pay U4Q.com for current charges due, at its sole discretion, may remove my website and/or listing from their system. I understand and agree that a considerable amount of time,effort and resources go into the creation of my U4Q.com website and related materials. I agree that, upon completion and publication to the world wide web, my U4Q.com created website and directory listing(s) will remain published and publicly accessible within the U4Q.com directory for a MINIMUM period of 60 calendar days. In the event that I request that my website be removed from the U4Q.com directory before the initial 60 days of publication, U4Q.com is not obligated to do so and may continue to display any and all elements including submitted text and photographs. We will however, at a minimum, remove any personal contact information from your website/directory listing(s). Furthermore, U4Q.com may, at its sole discretion charge me a $200.00 early termination fee which is due and payable immediately. If I elect to not pay the early termination fee, I agree that U4Q.com shall have the the right to pursue collection and legal proceedings against me. I acknowledge that if I don't respond to an email or telephone contact within 30 days of when an email was sent and/or a phone call was placed to contact me, U4Q.com may, at its discretion, consider my website and listing(s) to be abandoned and remove me from their network without further notice. I acknowledge that if I elect not to accept the current pricing of U4Q.com website hosting and listing(s) service, as seen on Entertainer Rates, U4Q.com may at its discretion, remove my website, listing(s), graphic/promotional materials and any links related to the same. Once my listing(s), promotional materials and website have been removed from U4Q.com network, I will be responsible for any reinstatement and listing(s) / hosting fees imposed by U4Q.com at that time. I acknowledge that if U4Q.com is hyperlinking to another website owned by me,leased by me or depicting me, that I will notify u4Q.com if any substantial content altering has taken place. U4Q.com may, at its discretion, discontinue any hyperlinks leading into the afformentioned website if U4Q.com deems my non U4Q.com website to be innapropriate. I have viewed other entertainer's websites within the U4Q.com directory, and consider those websites to be a defining sample template similar to one which they are creating for me at the inception of this agreement and understand that it is a fair representation of a website and directory listing being created for me. I hereby swear that all photos, which I am providing to U4Q.com are actual photos of myself and were taken after my eighteenth birthday. I give my consent to U4Q.com to publish my submitted photos within U4Q.com. Furthermore, I give consent to U4Q.com to crop, adjust, alter my submitted photos in any manner in which U4Q.com deems appropriate. I understand that my submitted photos may not be published if they are exposing genitals / areolas. U4Q.com may alter my photos using a masking, smudging or similar technique as seen on Picture Editing Options. I understand that my submitted photos may be used to create banners and/or promotional graphics for the purpose of promoting and advertising my website and listing(s) which U4Q.com is creating for me. I understand that U4Q.com expects me to compose and submit a minimum of 150 words of unique, previously non published text, within the entertainer's submission form, inside the "get to know me" section. This submitted text must not appear within or be used on any other form of media. Furthermore, I aknowledge that u4Q.com may alter, edit and substantially change my submitted text for any reason U4Q.com deems appropriate. I understand that duplicate content is frowned upon by the current popular search engines and it is important and essential to display non duplicated/unique text within my U4Q.com created website and listing. [1]I acknowledge that the U4Q.com directory shall hold copyright to all text,layout,design elements,site concept and those afformentioned items are not to be reproduced in any media type, either whole or in part at anytime regardless of whether my website remains active and listed or otherwise. I give my consent to U4Q.com to advertise their products and services as well as the products and services of their sponsors and/or affiliates in the form of banners, photos and text link advertising within the website which they are creating for me. I understand if I choose to discontinue my listing and website hosting, I may not use any of my U4Q.com page elements designed, composed or created by U4Q.com including logos and banners. I acknowledge that U4Q.com, may alter the entertainer/model template from time to time, without notice. U4Q.com template alterations may include, but not be limited to, layout, colors, general website design and navigation. Any design changes will not substantially affect my previously published textual information or photographs, other than layout and design. I acknowledge that U4Q.com will, upon my written request, make free periodic updates to my website/directory listing not to exceed one change / update per 30 calender days. U4Q.com will generally have my submitted changes completed within 3 business days but is not obligated to have them completed within that 3 business day period of time. I acknowledge that U4Q.com reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reason. I acknowledge that U4Q.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, licensors or representatives are not directly or indirectly involved in any aspect of my business or social activities. U4Q.com position and or role is that of a web designer/webmaster /listing(s) provider and internet website host only. Furthermore, I assume full responsibility for all claims and statements made on the website which they are creating/maintaining/hosting for me. I agree to indemnify and hold U4Q and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand as well as civil and or criminal prosecution made by any third party due to or arising out of content which I provided. I understand and agree that U4Q may email me from time to time, offers they feel I may have an interest in and or may be beneficial and/or of interest to me.
